Kim Turner is an experienced facilitator of 17 years, with a focus on developing managers, trainers and teams to deliver top sales and service performance.

Kim has held national professional development roles with a leading financial services company (AMP) and with a group of retail companies (PPGL). 

After 25 years working in the area of sales and service, Kim brings a wealth of practical experience and knowledge relevant to her workshop participants.  She is able to draw on practical on-the-job experiences to keep learners connected to the “real world”. 

Since studying at Teachers’ Training College, Kim has had a career focus and enthusiasm for growing and developing people to improve organisational productivity and performance. 

Kim’s favourite areas are in coaching, leadership and training for trainers.  Her training philosophies are strongly centred around active, experiential learning. 

Over the years, Kim has developed expertise in:

  • Managing training projects and teams
  • Developing and designing training programmes
  • Analysing training needs
  • Facilitating training & planning workshops
  • Providing on-the-job coaching
  • Managing and coaching sales teams, and
  • Developing sales and operational manuals for businesses

Kim is an associate of Total Training, and has her own consultancy business, Customised Training Solutions.
